Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. For cancelations less than 2 weeks before program start date, deposits will not be refunded. You will be entitled to no refund after the program starts. If an emergency occurs during your program and you must cut your time short, the school will issue you a credit for future use (at their own discretion).
Classes canceled in honor of local holidays will not be made up and are not subject to any refund.

Making changes
You may change your start date at anytime. All changes within two weeks of the scheduled start date are subject to an additional $50 fee.

Arrival & Departure
For most programs, you should plan to arrive to your homestay on the day before classes begin and depart on the day after classes are completed. Usually, you can extend your homestay a few days before or after classes for an additional fee. For airport pick-ups, Adelante must receive your arrival information at least 2 weeks prior to your start date. Important note: contact Adelante for special arrival instructions for programs in Oaxaca, Samara Beach, and Cusco.
